10 author events bringing books to life this month

Meet authors Ishiguro Kazuo, Michael Lewis and Mo'ne Davis

Have you ever finished a book and thought you'd like to meet its creator? Regional bookstores, the Free Library and Kelly Writers House are hosting author events this month featuring the award-winning Kazuo Ishiguro, local celebri-chef Marc Vetri and athlete Mo'ne Davis.

Reading and Writing Workshop with Victoria Brownworth

Author of "Ordinary Mayhem: A Novel of Horror" and award-winning Philadelphia journalist Victoria Brownworth will read from her work and give a workshop on mystery and horror writing.

Deborah Gross-Zuchman Introduces "A Seder for the 21st Century"

Philadelphia artist Deborah Gross-Zuchman has created a new illustrated haggadah for families and kids to enjoy. The work is inter-faith friendly, translated from Hebrew and includes songs.

RealArts@Penn Presents Emily Spivack
