Prix-fixe dinner is a popular option for New Year's Eve. The elaborate multicourse meals can be the highlight of the night or a way to start off celebrating. Find early bird specials, champagne toasts, wine pairings and even a 12-course meal at these local restaurants.

The Ritz-Carlton restaurant 10 Arts Bistro and Lounge will offer a dinner tasting menu, live music, a balloon drop and a champagne toast at midnight. Reservations after 8 p.m. will be able to sit at tables through the midnight celebration.

There are two options at Iron Chef Jose Garces’s Old City tapas spot. The “San Sebastian” prix-fixe tasting menu includes bites like lamb chops, scallops and carpaccio. There are three prix-fixe dining options available at this Kimmel Center restaurant. For those that want an early dinner before moving on to other festivities, there is a chef's selected menu featuring items from the bar and dining room menu from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The price is $65 per person.

The next option is for the dining room, where gusts will enjoy a twelve-course tasting menu. The popular Milk and Cereal dish will also be available. The price is $200 per person.

Finally, guests can opt for a night of jazz, hors d’oeuvres, and premium open bar drinks from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. The price is $150 per person.
