The father of Colette Hamilton, 4, top, and Cortez Hamilton Jr., four months, has been arrested for assault and endangering welfare of a child. Their mother, Keisha S. Hamilton, 35, remains missing.
Cortez Hamilton will face charges, according to 6 ABC. Hamilton was with his daughter Colette and his son Cortez Jr. when he was pulled over after Indiana State Police spotted his car. He faces charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Assault 2nd Degree with Serious Bodily Injury.
The mother of the two children, Keisha Hamilton, is still missing.

Delaware State Police report they have located Colette Hamilton, 4, and her four-month-old brother, Cortez Hamilton Jr., in the company of their father. Both children are reported to be safe and good condition.
Authorities have declared a Gold Alert for the children's mother, Keisha S. Hamilton, 35, of Smyrna, Del., who is still missing. Troopers continue to search for her.
State police have been unable to make contact with Keisha Hamilton to check on her welfare, and there is a concern for her safety and welfare. She is described as a black female, about 5’6” and 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. No clothing description is available at this time.

Delaware State Police have activated an Amber Alert Saturday after two young children and their mother were reported missing.
Authorities say they are searching for Colette Hamilton, a 4-year-old girl, and her four-month-old brother, Cortez Hamilton Jr., who were both last seen with their mother, 35-year-old Keisha S. Hamilton, in their home at 113 E. Cayhill Lane in the Twin Willows Development in Smyrna around 10:00 p.m. Friday.
Colette and Cortez are both African-American with black hair and brown eyes. Keisha Hamilton is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, 145 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. No clothing descriptions were immediately available, police said.
Detectives believe they may be in imminent danger. The children and the mother may be in the company of the children’s father, Cortez A. Hamilton Sr., who is described as 32, African-American, 6 feet tall and 195 pounds with black hair and brown eyes and unknown clothing description.
They may be traveling in a red 2005 Chevrolet Suburban, Delaware registration number PC121071, or possibly a silver 2010 Toyota Matrix with Delaware registration number XP219435.
