Amy Schumer to do Q&A at Free Library of Philadelphia

Schumer to discuss new book 'The Girl with the Lower Back Tattoo'

On Aug. 17, comedian and actress Amy Schumer will be in Philly to promote her new book "The Girl with the Lower Back Tattoo."  The collection of personal essays is set to be published on Aug. 16.

Schumer will answer audience questions for 30 minutes before signing books at the Free Library of Philadelphia.

Better start thinking of questions now. We already know she would totally hang out with Lorelai from Gilmore Girls but there's so much more to ask the "Trainwreck" star. Her TV series "Inside Amy Schumer"  has won a slew of awards, including a Peabody and two Emmys -- besides being a Comedy Central hit.

Based on Schumer's brand of humor, it's safe to assume she'll have a few sarcastic, possibly raunchy, answers for her fans.

Those planning to attend need to order a ticket online from the Free Library; tickets are $28 per person and go on sale Aug. 1 beginning at 10 a.m.

Schumer will only be signing one book per person and no posed pictures (or selfies) will be available. Seating for the ticketed event is first come, first served. The line to enter the auditorium will form at 10:30 a.m. on Vine Street.
