Ancient Egyptian queens & drag queens join P.M. @ Penn Museum

Have a drink with royalty of past & present

The upcoming "P.M. @ Penn Museum," the boozy nighttime events the museum hosts for younger visitors, is one you won't want to miss. "Famous Queens of the Penn Museum" will highlight the powerful rulers that have walked this earth, from Cleopatra to Queen Puabi.

The night's program will focus specifically on the over-the-top lifestyle ancient queens (and kings) often experienced. Guests will explore the museum's riches as they relate to these lofty rulers with a drink in hand; there will be cash bar available and general admission includes one free drink. (P.M. @ Penn Museum is only for guests 21 and over.)

At the end of the night, however, the program turns to contemporary queens -- drag queens that is. A drag show will cap off the fanciful evening.
