Aretha Franklin, the Queen of Soul, will perform in Philadelphia this summer. The Grammy Award-winning singer will be at The Mann Center on Saturday, Aug. 26.
A few of her chart-topping hits include "Respect," "I Say a Little Prayer" and "Son of a Preacher Man."
Fifty years ago, "Respect" became Franklin's first pop chart-topper.
Tickets to her Philly performance will go on sale Friday, June 9, beginning at 10 a.m.
Franklin has a list of accomplishments, including being the first woman inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and being awarded The Presidential Medal of Freedom.
