Hawthornes Beer Cafe will host its Seventh Annual IPA Block Party on Saturday, May 14. The outdoor festival will feature kegs of hoppy beers, live music and street food.
Guests can purchase drafts for $5 each from the long list of brews available, which are mainly IPAs, but a few ciders and light lagers can be found in the mix, too. Just remember to bring enough cash to pay for drinks at the 1-8 p.m. festival because cards will not be accepted.
The event is scheduled to take place rain or shine. Tents will be set up for a rainy day, so attendees don't have to let wet weather keep them from all-day drinking.
