BalletX performs its winter series Feb. 18-22.

In 2015, BalletX launched the Choreographic Fellowship, a new program that gives an emerging choreographer the opportunity to create a piece for the dance company.

Now in 2016, the world premiere of the choreographed dance will be performed at the Wilma Theater beginning on Wednesday, Feb. 10, as part of the company's winter series.

Yin Yue was selected as the Choreographic Fellow from a pool of 50 applicants and she worked under the guidance of world-renowned choreographer Trey McIntyre to create the show.

McIntyre will also showcase a choreographed piece in February, as well as BalletX Co-Founder Matthew Neenan.

Tickets are on sale starting at $27.
