Andy Biddle went missing on July 20, 2014 after a boat crash at the Jersey Shore.
A man has turned himself into authorities after allegedly faking his death in a pontoon boat crash at the Jersey Shore last summer, NBC10 reports.
Andrew Biddle, a 45-year-old professional boater, went with his attorney to Atlantic County Superior Court on Thursday to surrender to authorities.
Biddle has been missing since July 20, 2014. His pontoon boat collided with an unlit buoy off Longport, New Jersey, throwing him and his passenger into the water. Only the passenger was found ashore.
The boater was arraigned Thursday afternoon and granted $50,000 bail.
