An investigation is underway after a body was discovered behind an apartment building in the city's West Oak Lane section Tuesday morning, NBC10 reports.
A male body was found about 7 a.m. behind a building in the 1400 block of 71st Ave.
The white male victim, aged 40 to 50, was shot once in the head, police said. He has yet to be identified.
No weapon has been found, and no arrests have been made.
The investigation is ongoing.
