Look, I think most of us can remember at least one moment in our lives when we didn't know the meaning of a common word or sounded embarrassingly dumb trying pronounce it. Unlike with Bryce Harper on Thursday night, this moment doesn't usually happen on Sports Center.
"Watch me whip, watch me meh-may" seemed to be a popular joke on the internet after this happened. I'm sure Bryce will be just fine. The guy did just turn 23-years old and win his first MVP, after all. Considering he's still in the same division as the Phillies' pitching staff and Jonathan Papelbon should be out of his (excellent) hair, I would imagine he has a decent shot next year, too.
