A teacher at Pennridge North Middle School in Bucks County has been accused by the District Attorney's Office of exchanging sexually explicit text messages, photos and video with a 14-year-old student over a period of five months, NBC10 reports.
According to the District Attorney's Office, the teacher, Joseph Becker, who teaches eighth-grade mathematics at the middle school, allegedly sent inappropriate messages to the student from July 2015 through last month.
Becker was scheduled to be arraigned on charges of child sex abuse, corruption of minors and unlawful contact charges on Friday afternoon, the District Attorney's Office told NBC10.
