A construction worker at a site on the 2900 block of Chestnut Street died on Friday morning after falling approximately 80 feet from a crane.
According to
6 ABC, the incident occurred around 8:10 on Friday morning. Police say the 42-year-old victim, who has not been identified, fell while doing construction work.
The victim was taken to Presbyterian Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 8:43 a.m. Authorities have not released any information about what may have led to the worker's fall.
