Dan Savage's "HUMP!" film series hits Union Transfer

Dirty movie fest fetes all types of sexuality

Each year since 2005, sex columnist, journalist and activist Dan Savage has curated the wackiest dirty movie festival in the world - and it's making its way to Philadelphia.

HUMP! is a sex-positive film fest that explores all types of sexuality through five-minute amateur movies that compete for top prizes. The HUMP! tour displays the best of the best from festivals past and will play three times in one night at Union Transfer Saturday, Feb. 21.

The creative films range from funny and thought-provoking to sexy and artistic. While it might not be an event for the faint-of-heart or the prudish, it is certainly a celebration of human sexuality. After all, as the co-creator of the It Gets Better Project, which helps to prevent LGBT youth suicides, and the voice of "Savage Love," Savage is a big proponent of positive discussions on sexuality.

HUMP! tour dates are selling out around the country, so get your tickets while you still can.
