Samir Walker, 14, and Tyquail Duffy, 15, both of the 5500 block of Hill Circle Creek, have been charged in connection with the death of a Chinese food deliveryman who crashed his car and died in Northeast Philadelphia late Thursday night after being shot.

Walker is charged with murder, robbery, criminal conspiracy and related charges. Duffy is charged with aggravated assault, intimidation, violation of the uniform firearms act, and relate charges. Robbery has been deemed the motive, yet nothing was taken.

Rendong Zheng, 49, was making a delivery to the 500 block of Hill Creek Park Drive around 10:30 p.m. Multiple gunshots were reported in the area, and the victim was found with a gunshot wound in the left shoulder, police said.

The victim was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
