Fairmount at Brewerytown

A new apartment development that'll be hitting Brewerytown this spring has amenities aplenty: a roof deck, dog park, coffee station, indoor parking, a concierge, 24-hour fitness center, cold storage for delivered groceries and on-site storage units.

Fairmount at Brewerytown, at 31st and Master streets, is part of an emerging trend of mixed-use neighborhood revitalization, Philadelphia Magazine reported. There are at least four other developments coming to the area.

The project by McSpain Properties will house 162 units in the former warehouse. The property will be pet-friendly, with no breed restrictions. The bottom level of the development will have retail space and a 24-hour market. The company has another upcoming townhome development in Fishtown.
