Like Sam Bradford, Tony Romo gets hurt a lot.

The last thing some Eagles fans want to hear right now is, "The Eagles don't have to face (fill in the name of a player on some team on their schedule)," seeing as they just got absolutely destroyed by a Cowboys team missing six starters.

However, for those of you who haven't thrown in the towel on the season just yet, the Eagles may not have to face Saints QB Drew Brees Week 5 or Dallas QB Tony Romo Week 9.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Brees could miss "potentially several games" with a shoulder injury:

Additionally, while it was already known that Tony Romo had fractured his clavicle against the Eagles Week 2, it was unknown how long he would be out. According to Jon Machota of the Dallas Morning News, Romo will be out around eight weeks, which would put him on the bench for the second Eagles-Cowboys matchup Week 9.

The Eagles already "don't have to face" Jets starting quarterback Geno Smith Week 3 in New Jersey.

Brees' backup is Luke McCown. Romo's backup, as we saw Week 2, is Brandon Weeden.
