Center City's Restaurant Week may end on Feb. 3, but plenty of other neighborhoods will host their own dining deals this winter.
East Passyunk will host its own Restaurant Week beginning Feb. 27. This year, prix-fixe menus will be available for 12 days. Three-course lunch and dinner options will be $15, $25 or $35 each.
