The FBI is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a man wanted for three separate bank robberies in Philadelphia.

The robberies in question span back to last summer, with the first crime occurring on July 27, 2015, at the Beneficial Bank located at 1600 Chestnut Street.

Authorities say the suspect is also responsible for two subsequent robberies: October 7, 2015, at the Republic Bank at 1601 Walnut Street, and on March 18, 2016, at the Firstrust Bank at 1515 Market Street.

In each robbery, the FBI says the suspect gave a threatening demand note to the teller, received cash and fled on foot.

Surveillance photos from the robberies show the man wearing black sunglasses and different baseball hats.

He is described as a white male in his 30s or 40s, standing 5’8”-5’9” tall with a medium build and facial scruff. The suspect favors hoodies, basketball shorts and sneakers, according to the FBI.

The suspect is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about these robberies or the suspect is asked to call the FBI at 215-418-4000.

A reward is available for information leading to the suspect's capture and all tips will remain anonymous.
