An anonymous donor is giving $100 bills to strangers who follow his social media clues to locations around Philly.
The first step in winning the cash is to follow @FindMePhilly on Twitter and then wait for a tweeted photo or Vine showing the generous donor's location.
Remember: It is on a timer the second the first pic posts. You have to ask me "Are you #FindMePhilly" within 13 minutes.
