Hazmat crews are investigating a multi-vehicle crash in Port Richmond Monday morning, CBSPhilly reports.
The crash, which involved a tractor-trailer and another vehicle, occurred on Richmond and Westmoreland streets around 10 a.m.
One person was transported to Temple University Hospital in an unknown condition, officials said.
The crash remains under investigation.
