In the hot, humid months, it's easy to say "yes, way" to rosé. A chilled glass of pink wine is refreshing, light and pairs well with seafood -- all factors that Northern Liberties restaurant/bar Heritage took into consideration when planning an extended happy hour on Aug. 10.
From 7-10 p.m., Heritage will only be thinking pink. There will be $7 glasses of rosé, along with $6 rosé cocktails and rosé sangria.
The restaurant will offer a seafood-centric menu to pair with the wine. Find everything from $2 oysters to $10 Rhode Island mussels with chorizo.
If pink's your color, maybe plan on getting a ride home.
