One man died Wednesday when a house caught fire in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia, according to multiple media reports.
The body of the man, who has not yet been identified, was found in the basement after firefighters extinguished the fire, which started around 2:15 p.m. in a three-story dwelling on the 300 block of Krams Avenue, according to 6ABC.com.
No other injuries were reported and the fire marshal is investigating the blaze, according to CBSPhilly.com. It marks the third fatal fire of the year.
