Custom suit e-tailer Indochino opens up a Philly showroom.

Joining the growing trend of web-only brands moving to brick-and-mortar outlets, custom suit-and-shirt e-tailer Indochino is opening a store in Philly on Wednesday. Right in the heart of the Center City shopping district, Indochino's new location will serve as a hub for the perfectly tailored suits their fans have grown to love.

Traditionally, Indochino customers would choose their suit fabrics, cut, accessories, and details - ties, monogramming, and linings - online. Then, they would follow video tutorials to mark their own measurements with a tape measure (available through Indochino for $1). Finally, they'd place their order and their suit would arrive in just four weeks. This streamlined, do-it-yourself system keeps suit costs super low compared to other custom-made brands.

Now, customers can make appointments at Indochino's showroom and allow one of ten "Style Guides" to help them choose a new look. Once the order is placed it will arrive in store or at your home in four weeks. Essentially, the showroom is an in-person version of the e-tailer's online experience. The only change is that customers can head back to the store to have the suit fine-tuned if needed. With a choice of over 50 customizations and expert help, there's no excuse for Philadelphia's fashinistos to look anything less than perfect.

Indochino's Philly location is one of just five in the world; the others are located in Vancouver, Toronto, San Francisco, and New York City.
