Kelly Ripa is rooting for the Sixers in the Super Bowl

South Jersey native Kelly Ripa #TrustsTheProcess.

On "LIVE with Kelly" Friday, Ripa, 46, originally from Stratford, wore a ridiculously oversized football uniform with her co-host, "Dancing with the Stars" judge Carrie Ann Inaba, to preview Sunday's Super Bowl between the Atlanta Falcons and the New England Patriots.

Inaba asked Ripa who she was rooting for in Sunday's contest, and Ripa, being from the Philadelphia area, jokingly answered the 76ers, aka America's Team. The Sixers, of course, play basketball, not football, but have been the talk of the city after finishing off a red-hot January with a 10-5 record.

Right after Ripa said the Sixers, Inaba immediately ruins the moment by saying she's rooting for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Inaba is originally from Hawaii and went to college in Los Angeles, so it made no sense, at least geographically. Also, the Steelers are the worst.

Maybe Ripa is Joel Embiid's secret celebrity crush? It wouldn't be the first time he went after a married woman
