Kevin Hart to end massive tour at Lincoln Financial Field

The show marks the first time a comedian has headlined an NFL football stadium

Philly's own Kevin Hart has hit the big time: on Sunday, Aug. 30, the comedian will perform the last show on his national "What Now?" tour at Lincoln Financial Field. The show marks the first time a comedian has headlined an NFL football stadium.

Hart grew up in Philadelphia and began performing stand up around the city before gaining fame with televised comedy specials and leading roles in movies like "Ride Along." In 2012 Hart went on an international comedy tour, becoming the second American to ever sell out London's O2 Arena.

The almost ridiculously hard-working Hart heads out on this 45-city tour in April. Until then, you can see him on screen in "The Wedding Ringer" and the upcoming flick "Get Hard," or stream his best work online.

Tickets for the tour go on sale Friday, Feb. 20 at 3 p.m.
