Kiki Aranita is one half of Poi Dog Philly, where traditional and non-traditional Hawaiian food is served.

On Monday, Dec. 14 the Free Library of Philadelphia will host members from Twenty Manning GrillPoi Dog Philly and Pelago Pop-up. The event is part of the Library's on-going culinary class series

At the 21-plus event guests will learn how to stuff and roll lumpia (similar to an egg roll), explore flavors that are distinct to Filipino and Hawaiian cuisine, learn how to make snacks from Poi Dog and create a tropical cocktail to pair with the dishes.

After creating the main course, attendees will get a lesson in plating and food photography -- so that everything will be Instagram worthy.
