Man shot, stabbed, beaten during robbery in Logan

Police are looking for three suspects involved in a violent attack on a man Tuesday night in the Logan section of Philadelphia, 6ABC reports.

The unidentified victim, who is in his 20s or early 30s, was stabbed several times, shot and robbed on the 5400 block of N. 6th St. at 11:30 p.m. He told police that his watch, wallet and cellphone were stolen from him during the robbery, 6ABC reports.

The man had stab wounds to his back, puncture marks on his face and a gunshot wound in the thigh, police said. He is listed in critical condition and was undergoing surgery.

"While enroute to Einstein Hospital he was conscious and told responding officers that he was robbed and assaulted and shot," Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small told 6ABC.

Police say they are looking for two men and a woman who reportedly fled down Somerville Avenue after the incident. Witnesses are cooperating with police. Authorities plan to review surveillance cameras of businesses in the area.

The incident remains under investigation.
