Man struck, killed by train in Bucks County

Police: Unidentified male stopped in middle of tracks

Police are trying to identify a man who was killed after being hit by a freight train in Bucks County early Tuesday morning.

Authorities said the man was fatally struck at the Langhorne Train Station around 2:37 a.m.

Investigators found that the man walked across the train tracks and came to a stop right in the path of a CSX freight train that was traveling westbound, according to the Middletown Township Police Department.

The unidentified man was wearing a red "Killians Irish Red Lager" T-shirt and black cargo shorts, police said.
