Manayunk Theatre Company to perform 'ShakesBEER: A Midsummer Night's Dream'

The actors, the audience members will be drunk

Do you like beer? Are you a fan of the arts? "ShakesBEER: A Midsummer Night's Dream" combines them in a boozy performance.

Manayunk Theatre Company will present the Shakespearean comedy with beers in hand and audience members can join in.

"A Midsummer Night's Dream" has everything from forbidden love to woodland fairies and includes plenty of ridiculous scenes. Drinking through one of Shakespeare's best-known comedies will probably only make it funnier.

The event will take place at the Manayunk Brewing Company on March 25.

Those in their 20s can get tickets for a discounted price and all tickets include a free drink.
