More snow is coming.

The winter weather theme continues Thursday with snow, more snow.

Snow has already started to fall in some parts of the area, mainly in South Jersey and Delaware, and is expected to begin to fall in Philadelphia later this morning, mixed with rain and making for a messy morning commute.

Commuters should take caution, as freezing temperatures could lead to dangerous road conditions during the morning rush, NBC10 First Alert Weather Chief Meteorologist Glenn "Hurricane" Schwartz warned. Sidewalks in Philadelphia are also icy, leaving slippery conditions for pedestrians.
"Temperatures will be well below freezing," Glenn said. "So the snow could stick if it comes down heavy, even for a short time. Even a slight northward shift in storm track would bring us more snow."
