Nearly 500 Campbell Soup employees taking buyout

The Camden-based company expects to take a $110 million hit in its fiscal fourth quarter

As part of a companywide restructuring, 471 Campbell Soup Co. employees are taking early buyouts, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal. Most of the employees will remain in place through July 31.

The Camden-based company is expected to take a $110 million hit in its fiscal fourth quarter as part of the restructuring, which will reorganize the company under three divisions separated by product categories.
