"Through the Unfrequented Sky" will feature an installation entitled "Wishes on the Air," a site-specific cloud constructed out of wishes from members of the Frenchtown community, who have been depositing their anonymous desires to the ArtYard gallery for the past three months.

For the past three months, members of the Frenchtown, New Jersey community have been sharing their wishes anonymously with the neighborhood gallery ArtYard.

Beginning March 25, an art installation made from the collected wishes will be on display in the exhibit "Through the Unfrequented Sky." Those who view the piece, which resembles a cloud, are asked to look for repeated wishes.

The hope is that those who view the piece will recognize "shared human impulses and the possibility that we are not alone," according to ArtYard.

"Through the Unfrequented Sky" will also include works by Cecilia Paredes. She is a Peruvian photographer known for using her body as a canvas to blend in with surrounding scenery.

The exhibit's grand opening will take place on Saturday, March 25 from 6-8 p.m.
