Painted Bride Art Center will host a yoga event on Sunday, Jan. 29. The morning class will incorporate journaling, poetry, meditation and aromatherapy, too.

"This workshop will stretch your imagination and body as you delve into the world of language and poetry while experiencing the many aspects of yoga, meditation and movement," states the event description.
All yoga levels are invited to participate. Remember to bring a mat. Doors for the yogi event open at 9:30 a.m.
