Petruce et al's Little Pig 3.0 is Sunday, August 16.
Petruce et al. will host its Little Pig 3.0 summer feast Sunday, August 16. The big family-style barbecue meal will feature a roast pig, of course, as its centerpiece. The wood oven roasted Heritage pig and local veggies will come from The Fields Edge Research Farm in Lancaster.
During this casual meal, a departure for Petruce, each guest will get a free can of the chef's favorite beer. It'll be served buffet style at communal tables out of the restaurant's open kitchen and DJ Tim Kweeder will provide the tunes.
Reservations are available, but for any remaining seats the meal will be dished out first come, first served, so don't be late.
