A Philadelphia restaurant owner says he was robbed at gunpoint Sunday night, NBC10 reports.
The incident occurred at Phoebe’s Bar-B-Q restaurant on the 2200 block of South St.
Anastasio Botsaris, the owner of the barbecue shop, said an armed suspect walked into the store and demanded money. He said he begged for his life as the gun was pointed at his face.
"He kind of just looked at me in pity and I had the money in my hand and he grabbed it and he took off," Botsaris told NBC10.
It was not immediately clear how much money was taken.
The incident remains under investigation.
