A suspect will face charges after a police chase Monday night through Philadelphia and New Jersey.
6ABC reports that the driver has been identified as Robert Ritter, of Blackwood, New Jersey. The chase began when Oaklyn police tried to make a traffic stop. There was a warrant out for Ritter's arrest due to an armed robbery in Gloucester Township, where he allegedly used a shotgun.
"He will be charged in Philadelphia with three counts of aggravated assault against the officers that he crashed into and then extradited eventually to New Jersey to face the robbery charges," Philadelphia Police Lt. John Walker told 6ABC.

At one point, police were able to box in the vehicle with two SUVs, but the suspect evaded capture.
Eventually, the chase concluded at Island and Enterprise avenues, near Atlantic Aviation at Philadelphia International Airport when officers bumped the van, which then rolled over. The driver made it out of the van, surrendered and was arrested.
