Philadelphia police are searching for a suspect in a fatal shooting early Sunday morning at a hookah lounge and seafood bar in North Philadelphia.

Authorities said the incident occurred around 1:10 a.m. outside J&S Seafood Bar and Hookah Lounge, located at 2460 Germantown Avenue.

Police received a report of a shooting at the bar and arrived at the scene after the 24-year-old victim had already been transported to Temple University Hospital. The victim, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, died shortly before 2 a.m.

Investigators said the shooting appears to have stemmed from a fight at the bar.

A description of the suspect was not immediately available and an investigation remains ongoing.
