An investigation is underway after a man was stabbed during a robbery attempt in North Philadelphia, according to multiple reports.
The incident occurred Friday around 7:20 p.m. on the 1300 block of West Venango Street, philly.com reports.
According to CBS3, a 57-year-old man suffered a stab wound to the chest during a robbery. The victim was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he is in stable condition.
Police recovered a weapon at the scene, but have not made an arrest.
