Police are seeking the public's help in locating a man who went missing from his home in Fairhill.

Police are seeking the public's help locating a man who went missing from his home in Fairhill.

Angel Luis Santiago, 34, was last seen at his residence on the 100 block of West Wishart Street.

Police say Santiago speaks Spanish and very little English. He reportedly is schizophrenic and is intellectually disabled, police said.

Santiago is 5 feet 10 inches tall and 160 pounds, with a medium build, brown eyes, fair complexion and short straight black hair. He was last seen wearing black pants, black sneakers with white soles and a black nylon hooded jacket.  

According to police, he is known to frequent the area around the 100 block of West Ontario Street as well as the 2100 block of North Phillip Street.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact the East Detective Division at 215-686-3243/3244 or call 911.
