Larry John Pulcine Jr., 34, of Duncansville, Pennsylvania.

Authorities in Vineland have a suspect in custody after a Pennsylvania man was found fatally shot early Wednesday morning at a local hotel. 

Members of the Vineland Police Department were dispatched to 2196 W. Landis Ave. at approximately 5:15 a.m. following reports of a possibly unconscious man at the Wingate Inn. 

At the scene, officers were directed to a room where they discovered the body of 33-year-old Altoona resident Ivan S. Strayer II. Further investigation revealed that Strayer had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. 

Officials with the Vineland Police Department and the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office later identified and apprehended 34-year-old suspect Larry John Pulcine Jr., of Duncansville, Pennsylvania. 

Investigators say the two men were acquainted with one another through their employment with a company completing work in the area. 

Pulcine is charged with murder and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. He remains held in lieu of $750,000 full cash bail.
