A South Jersey man has been arrested and charged with lewdness after he was caught on surveillance allegedly masturbating as he peered into his elderly neighbor's home as she watched television, police said.
Winslow Township Police responded to a call placed at about midnight Sunday by an elderly woman who thought someone was trying to break into her house. Though, the man fled on foot before police arrived.
The woman showed police her surveillance system, which caught a man taking his clothes off while he looked "into the home through the rear sliding glass door." The woman, who was watching a TV program, was within sight, according to a news release sent Tuesday.
Police found Anthony Price, 45, who lives close to the elderly victim. Price's description matched the man seen in the video and was also wearing the same clothes.
Price has been charged with lewdness, harassment and trespassing. He was sent to the Camden County Correctional Facility.
