The Piazza is getting re-christened as The Schmidt's Commons.
The Schmidt’s Commons, Brew Crew Events and Home Brewed Events will host Novemberfest, a pop-up craft beer garden, on Saturday, Nov. 12. There will be plenty of beer, games and food from 2-8 p.m in the Piazza. At 6, there will be an outdoor screening of the movie "Beerfest."
Fire pits will be set up to keep the winter chill away while those 21-plus enjoy brews from Evil Genius Beer Co., 2SP Brewing Co., Dock Street Brewery, Spring House Brewing Co., Sly Fox Beer, Weyerbacher Brewing, Jack’s Hard Cider and Saint Benjamin Brewing Company.
Those who aren't 21 are still welcome to join in on the non-drinking activities. Novemberfest states that it is both family-friendly and pet-friendly.
