Quizzo Bowl makes its 12th appearance in Philly on Saturday, Feb. 6. This year Philly's Quizzo host Johnny Goodtimes will run the event at World Cafe Live with a "Spirit of '76" theme. "So wear either 1776 gear or 1976 gear, and you’ve got a good shot of going home with a sweet prize," Goodtimes shares on his website.
There will be $1500 worth of prizes given to winning teams, as well as raffles and giveaways throughout the evening.
Teams of up to eight players will compete through 50 trivia questions to determine a winner. In between rounds, there will be live music by rocker Kenn Kweder, who will perform a full set of David Bowie classics.
It's also rumored that former Jeopardy champs from across the country are coming to Philly to compete in Quizzo Bowl XII.
Doors open at 7 p.m. for the 8 p.m. event and tickets are $25 per person.
