Once again, Hotel Monaco will transform into a fitness studio for a day. The annual event Resolution Rx returns on Jan. 29, beginning at 10 a.m.
The deal is the same as last year. Classes are $5 each, with proceeds benefiting local nonprofit Back on My Feet. The charity organization combats homelessness through the power of running, community support and housing resources.

All classes will be 45 minutes, and tickets are required before attending. Choose to attend yoga, barre, Zumba or high intensity interval training classes led by instructors from local studios.
Once the workout's over, attendees can recover with mini massages and acupuncture from Fabriq Spa, healthy snacks from Red Owl Tavern and kombucha samples from Inspired Brews.
The day before the all-day fitness event, Flywheel will also hold a benefit ride for Back on My Feet at their Center City studio, beginning at 4:30 p.m. The Flywheel tickets are available here for $30.
