All southbound lanes of Roosevelt Boulevard near I-76 are reportedly blocked due to an overturned truck, CBSPhilly reports.
The incident reportedly occurred around 8:30 a.m.
Emergency officials told CBSPhilly that two men have been transported to Hahnemann University Hospital and are in stable condition.
