Storybook Land, the fairy tale-themed park in New Jersey, will host a celebration on July 16 to mark its 61st year in business. The festivities will take place from noon to 4 p.m., beginning with a storybook character parade.
Since it wouldn't be a birthday party without cake, the park will be giving away a free mini cupcake and beverage to every attendee.
While at the park, guests can check out the numerous themed rides, including the newest "Out on a Limb" swings. The park's Storybook Seaport, a water activity area, is also open for the summer season.
All of the birthday activities are included in general park admission, which is $22.50 per person.
The park is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
