Strangelove's to pour female-owned, -brewed or -represented beers

As part of the Craft Brewers Conference, Center City's Strangelove's will serve a full draft list of female-owned, -brewed or -represented beers on May 2 beginning at 5 p.m. The Pink Boots Society, an organization dedicated to empowering women in the beer industry, will benefit from each beer sold.

Beers from Allagash, Weyerbacher, St. Benjamin, Yards, Evolution, Sam Adams, Dogfish Head, Flying Fish, New Belgium, Boulevard, Ommegang and Founders will all be on tap.

The Craft Brewers Conference is a multi-day educational program for those in the craft brewing industry. It starts on May 3. Thankfully, places like Strangelove's also offer events for the general public, so industry folk and craft beer enthusiasts alike can enjoy.
