The Twisted Tail will host a BYOBM -- bring your own brunch music -- event April 16. To celebrate Record Store Day, the Society Hill restaurant specializing in southern comfort food will host "Sip 'N' Spin." Attendees are invited to bring in a record to play while brunching.

Those who bring a receipt from a record store will receive 15 percent off brunch food. Record Store Day was started as a yearly reminder to support independent record stores.

The Twisted Tail will serve the official Record Store Day beer, "Beer To Drink Music To" by Dogfish Head, for $3 each during the event. The 9 percent ABV beer is brewed with sweet orange peel, green cardamom, peppercorns and vanilla. If beer isn't your thing, Bloody Mary and mimosa drinks will be available for $5 each.
