Pope Francis waves as he arrives to meet a scout organization in St. Peter's Square at the Vatican City, June 13, 2015.

Starting at noon on Tuesday, tickets will be available for Pope Francis's speech at Independence Hall on September 26, NBC 10 reported.

10,000 tickets will be available on a first-come, first-serve at www.worldmeeting2015.org/tickets. Pope fans can pick up a maximum of four tickets per person.

The Pope will be discussing immigration and religious freedom. Besides the 10,000 tickets available on the website, thousands more will be given to parishes with large immigrant populations.

In light of the migrant crisis in Europe, on Sunday the pope called out for every parish in the world to take in a refugee.
